Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will be notified when your order has been shipped, and also delivered.
  • Currently we offer USPS first class (standard shipping est. 2-5 business days), USPS priority mail (est. 1-3 business days), and UPS Ground when available (est. 1-6 business days) for domestic shipments. International orders can be shipped via GlobalPost standard or FedEx economy and priority.
  • We ship from Lyndhurst, NJ. Transit time varies based on destination.
  • Please contact us immediately if the wrong shipping address has been submitted so we may try our best to correct it before the package leaves our facility.

Returns and Exchanges 

  • Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on used items. Please try on before pre-washing or removing tag to be eligible for an exchange or refund within 30 day of delivery.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly provide you with a pre-paid return label for exchange.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
